Hiring Service Technicians
We are looking for hardworking, dedicated HVAC service technicians to join our team! You must be self-motivated with a professional attitude and desire to take care of our customers.

Qualified Technicians will be assigned a company service vehicle. We offer competitive wages, health, dental and life insurance, vacation time, 401K with company match, paid holidays, short and long-term disability. Our customers are local to the Chittenden County area!
Position requires experience in the HVAC field with a valid license; a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record. Must be able to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment. Position is for a 40-hour work week and you must be available for overtime as the work load dictates. Position requires week long on-call availability, typically once every 2 months.
Competitive wages will be paid based on skill level, experience and state licenses carried.

Direct Digital Controls
Improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs are priorities for a number of clients, which is why we service and install the majority of D.D.C. systems. Our technicians work with you to ensure the right D.D.C. system is in place for your specific needs. This means clients have the ablity to upgrade or add new controls without removing their existing system. We also believe our D.D.C. system should be yours. So you have full access and control at all times with the assurance of knowing our team is on call to provide support for any issues that arise.
