We service and install a majority of D.D.C systems. We offer you the capability to upgrade or add new controls for your building without having to remove your existing system. With our company, you own the system. You can access it and adjust it, with our team on call for any issues or support.
Design Build
We determine what your needs are, and design mechanical and controls systems that are efficient, practical and affordable. We offer state of the art AutoCad design drawings, electronic operations, and maintenance manuals.
Preventive Maintenance
Our custom designed Preventive Maintenance programs executed by our team of experienced professionals will keep your mechanical systems running efficiently and minimize emergency repairs.

Climate Systems, Inc. was founded in May of 1995.
We are a full-service Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration provider. We specialize in a complete range of products and services, including the design and installation of new equipment, retrofits of existing systems, mechanical plumbing systems, sheet metal fabrication, direct digital controls and comprehensive maintenance programs and emergency service.

In Loving Memory
Our company was founded by Leonidas Ioannou. He was an incredibly smart business man who truly cared about the people in his life. He is lovingly described as a man with a big heart.

His untimely passing in 2018 has saddened many. We are grateful for his efforts in building such a great company - he will be sorely missed.
